Description
This has been a very difficult decision for our family, but we need to find a new home for our puppy. I am pregnant with our third child and I have not been able to give her the proper exercise and training that she requires as such an active and intelligent breed.
Piper is a very loving and affectionate puppy, but starts off very nervous and vocal with new people and dogs. She learns very quickly and is highly motivated by treats and her favorite ball. She has grown up with small children and knows many commands. She needs more training with socialization, but warms up and plays well with others eventually. We have no doubt she will be a loyal and loving companion for a family that has the time and energy to give her the attention and training she needs.
Piper is a spayed female, 1 year old (this month) Border Collie mix. Her DNA testing says she is 75% Border Collie, 12.5% Australian Shephard, and 12.5% other herding breeds. She is up to date on all vaccines and has had monthly flea treatments. We have been feeding her Wellness Core Puppy since we adopted her at 8 weeks old. She is fully potty trained.
We are asking a $600 rehoming fee which includes her food, treats, toys, bed, harness, leashes, poop bags, and flea treatment extras.
We really love Piper and want the best for her. If you are interested in meeting Piper and giving her a forever home, please send me an email with some details about your family, lifestyle, and living situation.
