On Time Staffing is seeking warehouse associates for our warehouse in Jeffersonville, IN!! Starting pay rate: $15.00-17.00 per hour Refer your friends and family for a $150 Referral Bonus! Starting 3/15. Earn an additional $50 per week when you have Perfect Attendance! Starting 3/22. Shift: Multiple Shifts Available - Full-time & Part-time Openings! Job Description: The Warehouse Associate will be trained, but 6 months’ warehouse experience is helpful. Quickly picking and packing orders Fast-paced production environment with packing and quality quotas Repetitive use of hands, wrists and arms to count and pull parts Replenishing stock, labeling boxes, seal parts in bags, label Loading/unloading trucks Job Requirements: Should have reliable transportation to work Able to stand for extended periods of time Requires Twisting, Bending, Squatting, Reaching, Pulling, Pushing, Grasping, Gripping, Reach arms overhead to work occasionally Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation, and weather conditions May be required to lift up to 50 pounds May be required to work a varying flexible schedule For your safety, full COVID-19 procedures in effect daily.
