Company in Los Angeles that designs, engineers and manufactures Prefabricated Homes is looking for a Journeyman Painter to join their team DUTIES: -Residential painting both interior and exterior -Paint, roll, brush -Working with acrylic and lacquer based paints -Total control of broaching and rolling of fine finishes -Able to determine when the preparer has correctly completed prep phase before painting -Assisting the production team with prefabrication work when needed -Cover the driving area of Los Angeles (primarily surrounding Gardena and West LA) MUST HAVES: -5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Painter -Highly skilled in Residential Projects -Proficient at using a roller and brushed -Ability to work in a team, as well as mastering the area of preparation prior to painting -Vehicle requirements: Car -PPE: Steel Cap Boots; Safety Glasses; Gloves DETAILS: -Rate: $30/hour -Work Week: M to F -Hours: 8am to 4:30pm -Long Term Position
