Description
Looking for someone to work with a small existing crew and can do unit turn over, small remodel jobs and regular maintenance. Should have knowledge in electrical, paint, drywall, plumbing, ect. Having your own tools is a plus.
Will work on multiple properties in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Must have own transportation to job sites.
This is not a full time position. Daily work and other options available.
