We're a Plastering Contractor looking for an experienced person who is competent and knowledgeable erecting and dismantling scaffolding for Lath and Plastering. We're seeking a dedicated and focused person who has a background in construction and working on custom home job sites. Candidate is required to have experience with prioritizing, completing multiple tasks simultaneously and strong English communication skills both verbal and written. Position is part-time to full time depending on the needs of the business. Person must have a current resume, clear background check, drug free and must have reliable transportation. Valid drivers license is a plus. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities * Must be able to Push, pull or lift up to 90 pounds on a regular basis. • take photo's of job sites and report back to the office/supervisor • retrieve information when requested • turn in documents, reports and correspondence for job sites • monitor and maintain equipment • perform work related errands as requested such as pick up additional scaffold, fix altered scaffold, check job sites etc. • keep work vehicle clean and tidy Education and Experience • High School Diploma or equivalent • Construction and job site experience 5+ years in scaffolding for Lath and Plastering • Cal-Osha and occupational Safety training and certified is preferred. • Bilingual is a plus • Numeracy and literacy skills Key Competencies • organization and planning skills • work management and prioritizing skills • verbal and written communication skills • problem solving ability • attention to detail • accuracy • flexibility • reliability • teamwork ** At this time we do not offer benefits If interested in position please submit resume.
