Entering Customer homes in a clean respectable manner. Assisting the head technician with tools and parts when needed. Record keeping of part names and model numbers of appliances worked on. Placing tools back into toolbox after the job is complete. Learning from the head technician on how to express the cost of the repair to customers. Processing payments directly in customers' homes.
