I'm in my late 40's (rhythm guitar/singer/songwriter) and I'm looking to find some like-minded people to play with. This pandemic has shut down a lot of music and I'd like to start something new. I'm a huge music fan and there are lots of genres that I'd be interested in playing -- surf rock, rockabilly, chicha libre, spaghetti western, rock&roll, 60's-style garage/nuggets/psychedelic, alt-country, blues/r&b/soul (think Chess Records). I love reverb and twang. I have my own equipment and I don't drink (though you are welcome to imbibe). I'd be open to playing bass (though I'd have to acquire one). I've played in numerous bands since I was a teenager (punk, surf rock, alt country/rock) and I've played in most of the well-known small music venues/bars and street festivals.
