Wanting to form a band

I am looking for people who want to start a band. My goal is to do music as a career so I would very much like for everybody else to have the same goals. I think a good example of the kind of band I envision would be The Doors. I can do vocals, so I would be looking for a guitarist, drummer, and possibly bass or keys player. I would very much appreciate if anybody who is interested would be all in and willing to work on stuff (probably covers to start then eventually origionals blah blah blah you probably know the drill lol) right away as soon as we get a complete group together
