Found: key with radio fob

2nd near Main, Hamilton MT

Hi, I saw this key and fob laying near the curb of the sidewalk on N. 2nd Street. Just North of Ford's What, exactly, does one do in such a situation? Leave it there hoping that the owner realizes it is missing? I hit the both the buttons on the fob. I didn't seen any lights flash. Couldn't hear anything clicking in any of the nearby cars. Certainly not in the beautiful Fort Starlight that was parked nearby. Good grief, what a beautiful car. So I left a Large Post-it note on the window of the Roxy. I let the folks across the street at the Mine Shaft know about this predicament while I was getting my coffee refilled. (they were the ones with the Post-it notes and pen.) It would sure be cool to get this item back to its owner.
