$1000 Sign-On Bonus Kelli's Gift Shop Suppliers is seeking highly motivated individuals to help take their distribution center to the next level. Kelli’s is a family-owned, wholesale distributor, providing exceptional customer service and products to hospital gift shops, established over 21 years ago. Kelli’s seeks hardworking, motivated individuals to help them continue their growth and success. Located in Carrollton, Texas (very close to Addison Airport), Kelli’s distribution center is a fast-paced, multi-shift, clean and air-conditioned operation! Immediate employment opportunities are available as WAREHOUSE ORDER PICKER. The base pay rate is $12.00 per hour. You can earn additional pay, based upon your performance, incentives, and productivity. Sign-on Bonus of $1000!!! HOURS: Monday thru Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Overtime as required, including occasional Saturday POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Pick and pack orders using RF scanners Ensure order accuracy Meet minimum measured productivity and accuracy standards MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized, and positive warehouse environment Able to lift up to 35 lbs Ability to work full-time, 40+ hours per week Attention to detail Ability to work on your feet all-day Previous experience with RF scanners are preferred but not required BENEFITS Sign-on Bonus Performance-based Incentive Pay every 2 weeks!
