Around 2 year old female budgie. With time and patience she will start to go on your hand if you have millet treats. I prefer someone who has budgies already but anyone who will care for her. She will need a large cage and time outside the cage to fly around. Please be prepared to answer some questions. She will come with her treats, a small cage (temporary cage), and the rest of her food. $85 for everything
