Looking to train 2 people to do low voltage work LONG hours 5 days a week 11am to 10pm. Health/Dental/Vision after 90 days (Once hired not during training period) No Experience Needed (will train) This is perfect for someone who want to work their way up and ma 6 weeks of training max. (some are ready after 3 weeks), ride along with a senior technician/learn the craft/skills/procedures. (Training hours are 12pm to 10pm). Once hired the hours will be 11am to 10pm. 5 days a week. The schedule will be Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday Saturdays (Off on Thursday/Sundays) First day will be in the office watching videos and getting a general feel for products and what we do. After that you will drive with a tech in the field, watch and over time start to assist in wiring, installing, programming, filling out documents on site etc. Once your training period is over you will get your own route. Our average per job payout is $125 to $160 for a job that take 2 hours. All jobs are warrantied for the first 6 months. Services out of 6 month warranty pay $25. At first you will be slow, it will take you 4 or 5 hours to do 1 job and 1 or 2 hours to do a service. Once you get used to it and pick up the pace, you can do a job in (2 hours or less) and a service in 15 minutes. Once you are proficient, you should be making $700 (slow weeks) to $1500+ on normal/busy weeks depending on how fast you are and how many jobs you can handle. Must have your own reliable vehicle Must have tools & Foldable Ladder able to reach 15 feet Presents themselves in a professional manner Like working with your hands Low Voltage Experience a Plus NO felonies Have a smart phone Follows directions Positive and can handle high pressure situations Organized If you have a good communication skills, follow procedures, Neat, Clean, have a positive personality, don't mind working 5 long days, and like working more to make money this is the job for you. The First 4 to 5 months are hardest because you are slow and not confident. After that its smooth sailing, flexibility, lots of down time throughout the day to spend with family, workour, run errands (or whatever amtters to you) and great pay with benefits. Installation of 1 to 3 Jobs per day with 4125 to $160 per job. (4 on crazy days) Services 1 to 3 services per day $25 per service Gas reimbursement everyday you work.
