Working on roofs with solar panels. Work requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work with hands and head in residential homes. The responsible and dependable mindset to work alone if necessary is a must. Good physical balance as well as mental balance to perform work in risky situations. The ability to learn quickly but soundly, perform duties superbly, value their quality of work, and take direction if necessary is crucial. If you like working outdoors, working hard but safely, being a part of the solar movement, and having time for yourself and/or family during downtime, this may be for you. Anyone with experience working on roofs (solar or non-solar related) or similar situations is encouraged to apply.
