Ensemble Apartments are a premiere apartment community in Las Vegas, with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents. We currently have an opening in our Maintenance Department as a Maintenance Technician. Experience Requirements: • Strong Knowledge of GE appliances and Universal EPA certification • Strong knowledge of HVAC • Working knowledge of grounds/common areas • Appliance repairs, service requests and apartment preparation Position Requirements: • Able to attend on-call after hour emergencies at least 3 days out of the week. • Attend all Ovation Property Management maintenance training • Working weekends will be required/ must have reliable transportation • Drug Testing required and Background check is mandatory • Dependable, punctual, proactive and must work well with others • Enthusiastic and with positive attitude Required Certifications: • Universal EPA certification • HVAC certification • CPO (swimming pool) certified within 90 days of employment, Company will pay for testing if you are not currently certified. Already having your CPO certification is a plus!
