For city counsels that actually are stupid enough to defund their police departments there is an easy solution as to where the police should not go in that particular city. It seems that BLM with large black support no longer want police in their neighborhoods. If a city wants to slash money from their police budget they need only to cordon off a section of the city, with BLM approval of course, where police will not enter. Police departments there can close and the people and businesses in these "BLM Zones" can fend for themselves. That's what they really want don't they?
