Hey Craigslist, I'm looking for run-down looking houses in the Northern Kentucky area, and I will pay you per house you find, plus a bonus for finds that lead to an acquisition. Your job is to find 100+ houses per week (the more the better!) that meet the following criteria (very easy for you to do in the neighborhoods I will assign): Examples of houses that you would look for: Stuffed-full mailbox Broken or boarded up windows Tarp on the roof or falling-off gutters Visually in bad shape Snow fell but there are no tire tracks or footprints on the driveway Tall grass or unkempt yard Junk in yard/broken down vehicles Handicap ramp Window Unit Air Conditioners Any of these combined with it not being sold in the last year (I'll give you an app to be able to tell) I'll give you a specific neighborhood to drive (or area). You'll be able to find 100+ houses in these neighborhoods over the next week, and I'll pay you 50¢ per house you add, plus a bonus for every acquisition. This rate per house will go up as you add more and more homes. You may work any time on your own schedule as long as you add the 100+ homes. Please give me a text if you're interested. Thanks!
