Description
The will-call counter sales /customer service position is primarily responsible for the initial handling of will-call customers, answering phones, and email correspondence. Quotes product prices and enters orders into the computer system, and relays pertinent order information to the customer. Additionally, pulls will call and customer orders from inventory as needed. Work closely with the warehouse and sales staff.
