Hiring qualified maintenance person or will train capable candidates. Full or part time positions available. Job duties include daily maintenance inside and out mostly at rental properties. Must be customer and tenant friendly. Must have license and be able to be insured through company. Top pay and will pay for training and certifications to advance pay. Non union plumbers and HVAC applicants welcomed. Part time summer and winter help also welcomed.
