Cox Manufacturing is seeking hard-working, dependable workers to join our team! We are a second-generation, family-owned company. We ship over a million parts every week to a variety of industries including medical, electronics, firearms, defense, and more. Our state-of-the-art, advanced manufacturing facility has over 100 production machines, operating 24 hours a day, five to six days per week. Schedule • Monday – Friday (some Saturdays), 40+ hours per week • Shift: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Daily Duties • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors • Cleaning fixtures and other building facilities • Emptying trash receptacles • Sanitizing restroom and all touch points • Maintaining inventory of cleaning agents and equipment • Maintaining cleaning equipment • Performing minor maintenance repairs • Keeping buildings free from pests • Keeping custodian closets clean and organized Minimum Requirements • High school diploma or GED (or GED equivalent) • Pass: drug test and background check • Available to work day shift • Able to lift and move 25+ lbs • Able to walk, stand, bend, and lift for several hours per day Pay • $12.00/hr minimum Benefits • 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability • Holiday pay, vacation pay, and sick pay To apply, please come to our front office in person Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm 5500 N.
