Description
Digging foundations in cemeteries and mixing the concrete by hand in a wheelbarrow, troweling the top for a nice finish
Each day would consist of making 3-4 wooden forms, loading sakrete from a local concrete plant, going to area cemeteries to dig and mix/pour the concrete for cemetery headstones to sit on. You’d do about 3-4 per day
Digging is with hand tools, 28”-30” deep. Mixing concrete in a wheelbarrow, pouring in the hole and then troweling level at the top
This job is solo while out in the field, no coworkers along with you. It can be physically demanding, requires some independant thinking and is dirty
It’s a great job if you enjoy being by yourself, are a self-motivator, like working outside and aren’t shy of some physical labor
Must have a valid drivers license
