Seeking full time tractor operator for citrus operation. Work will also include hand labor tasks from time to time. Guaranteed minimum 50 hours a week with busy periods up to 60 hours, 5 days a week and some Saturdays. Work hours are typically 6:30a to 5:00p with little fluctuation, ½ hour lunch, and 2 paid 15min breaks. Some flexibility given for unpaid days, or leaving early/coming in late to accommodate employee's personal life. Agriculture equipment experience encourage but not required. Some equipment experience is needed, examples include: Mower, skidsteer, loader, etc… Most important skills are dependability and honesty. Hire will be contingent on an acceptable criminal record if any. Applicants will be required to pass a drug screen. This is an agriculture position, overtime pay is not offered.
