Waste Less Works is hiring for a salvage and deconstruction labor in Missoula and beyond. Waste Less Works is a family owned and operated business. We have a great crew but do need some extra helpo to keep the wheels turning. Summer is busy in the construction Industry and you probably have choices. Would you rather work for someone who doesn't care about you or work for a small company that actually does give a damn about employees and the environment. Do you love hard work and want to see results. We will be working long days as the light has returned to the northern hemisphere. Four 10 hour days is a great summer schedule. Deconstruction is basically reverse carpentry. There is no measuring but there is a lot of prying and denailing. We do not mess around but we will have some fun as we go.
