Found Cat - Deceased

My daughter and I witnessed this cat being hit by car, attempting to find owner. Neighbor indicated the cat is in the area a lot, so don't believe it's a "lost" cat. We will follow up with SCRAPS when they open at noon. In the meantime, hoping to be able to return this cat to its owner and provide information on what happened. Large black cat, golden eyes, Siamese appearance in face and ears, light gray or white patch on chin, and very subtle reddish tone to fur in stripes or patches. Grey break away fabric collar with black and white designs on it and white flea collar. Please use text contact for fastest response.
