Maintain grounds, mow, weed eat, trim, minor repairs when needed. Trash pick up. Paint, service storage units.
Maintain equipment, tools, etc. Assist tenants when needed. Any other jobs that may arrive and services. Replace Lights, Gate repair, Fence Repair, Office repairs. Must have knowledge of maintenance and equipment.
