Looking to sub-contract a landscaping crew for lighting installations

We are a landscape lighting company here in Denver and business is starting to pick up. We are looking to sub-contract out a landscaping crew for our landscape lighting installations. Job entails digging trenches with shovels and hand ditchers about 4-6 inches below the grass, laying cable, burying, etc. Nothing too technical and is similar to irrigation installations. Must have own transportation to job sites in the Denver Metro area No drugs and must be sober. No joke. Some jobs may require 2-3 guys, some jobs may require more. Pay is $160 for the day per guy by check as a 1099 employee no matter how long or short the installation takes but typically 5 p.m. is the latest. This is not a 1 job installation, we are looking to partner with a crew that we can use on a steady basis for installations.
