Need eaves of roof refurbished

I have a 1700 foot single-story home in south Phoenix (baseline/central). I am in the process of selling the home and the inspector is requesting some work to be done on the eaves of the roof. The eaves need to be touched up and repainted. I would anticipate this would be a 1/2 to 1-day job. I need you to have your own equipment (ladder, paintbrush, etc) I need this done in accordance to a fairly conservative time frame. I will pay for the needed paint.
