Roofer for Repair Work

Our company is seeking a roofer that will do repair work. We manage 320 single and multifamily units in the valley. Here is our problem: -It is stuff like this (see the pic), roof patch, leak find, repair, evaluate, etc where we are just short on dependable, reasonably priced folks who know how to do REPAIRS, operate a computer and wo don’t vanish the next month or suddenly just slap tar on and charge $350 because their truck broke down that week when they used to make a proper repair for $250. -We need the company/person to be licensed, insured and have workers comp as well as be able to take some pictures and email.
