ABOUT THE COMPANY: DJM Cleaning is a full-service residential cleaning company that works to make lasting impressions in every home we serve. Our clients range from busy parents without enough time to care for the kids to professionals working 50-60 hours per week we provide them the peace of mind they deserve. THE ROLE OF A HOUSE CLEANER: As a House Cleaner, you will work to provide 5-Start service to our clients. In each home you clean, you will use our exclusive training program to work smart and leave each home immaculate! Your House Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, as well as bending and lifting up to 40 lbs. You will be hired to do whatever it takes to ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: *6-Months experience in either Residential or Commercial Cleaning *Must be 21 years of age or older *Legal right to work in the United States *Clean Criminal Record Must Pass Background Check *3 Professional References; Verifiable References Required *Personal and Reliable Transportation All candidates, are REQUIRED to have personal and reliable transportation. The use of Public Transportation, RideShares (Uber or Lyft), and/or Pick Up/Drop Offs from friends and family members do not qualify and are not allowed when working.
