Route Driver Position Clothes Routes Training: $100.00 Per Clothes Route. All new drivers will go thru a minimum of 5 days of routes training and will be determined by operations manager if new driver will require any additional days of training after the 5 days is complete. All new drivers will be on a 90-day probation period from hire date. Clothes Routes: After Training is complete and driver is placed on schedule with their own routes: • 1st 30 Days - $145.00 Per Clothes Route Plus a Weight Bonus of $0.025 per lbs. after 4,500 Pounds, and $0.15 per mile after 400 miles. • 1st Year of Employment - After training and first 30 days, $170.00 Per Clothes Route Plus a Weight Bonus of $0.025 per Lbs. after 4,500 Pounds, and $0.15 per mile after 400 miles. • 2nd Year of Employment $185.00 Per Clothes Route Plus a Weight Bonus of $0.03 per Lbs. after 4,500 Pounds, and $0.15 per mile after 400 miles. (Example: 2nd Year of Employment - 6,000 Pounds on a route with 425 Miles will earn lbs. bonuses of $48.75, So total pay for your Clothes Route for the Day would be $233.75) Bin Pickup or Drop: If you are required to Drop or Pick Up a bin(s) on your route it will pay an extra $10.00 per location, (this is per location, not per bin) Bin Route: $150.00 Per Each Bin Route. Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance • This is available to all new drivers after training is completed • 0 - 1 Year – 0% Paid by Green Zone Recycling • 1 - 2 Year – 50% Paid for Employee and 10% for Dependents by Green Zone Recycling • Year 3 - 80% Paid for Employee and 20% for Dependents by Green Zone Recycling 401k • This is available to all new drivers after training is completed Vacation Pay • Less than 1 year employed – No Paid Vacation – Driver may take 1-week unpaid vacation after first 90-day probation period from hire date. • 1 to 2 years employed – 1 Week Paid Vacation. Amount will be determined based on average earning of the previous 90 days from Start Date of Vacation. • 3 years employed – 2 Week Paid Vacation. Amount will be determined based on average earning of the previous 90 days from Start Date of Vacation. • 4 years employed – 3 Week Paid Vacation. Amount will be determined based on average earning of the previous 90 days from Start Date of Vacation. • 6 or more years employed - 4 Week Paid Vacation. Amount will be determined based on average earning of the previous 90 days from Start Date of Vacation.
