We are seeking hard working installers. Opportunity to lead own crew and increased earning potential. This job is very demanding and requires dedicated detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands. Job Duties: · Load/unload trucks. · Inspect, repair, and clean surface in preparation for materials. · Prepare concrete surfaces with various equipment, including a grinder. · Measure area to determine amount of materials needed. Mix products properly. · Apply coatings. Installation knowledge of coating systems a plus. · Maintain equipment in a clean and working manner. · Ability to lift, push or pull heavy equipment/materials. Similar trades which transition well to this position: · Concrete technicians. · Hardwood floor installers · Industrial coatings/applications. Qualifications & Skills: Attendance and punctuality are key to this position. Attention to detail and good customer service is also critical to the successes of this business and is a REQUIREMENT. Must be hardworking, reliable, have a good attitude + COMMUNICATION skills, and able to work as a team member within a crew. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to and from work is required; work truck will be provided during the course of the day. Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends and some holidays. Job Type: Full-time. Experience: Concrete coatings and flooring installation preferred but not required.
