To meet the ever-changing needs of libraries and schools, we are looking for a talented person who values hard work and innovation to fill the role of Manufacturing Intermediate Operator. This position offers a convenient Monday through Friday first shift work schedule, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and is in DeForest, WI. What You’ll Do Every Day In this position, you will be responsible for operating the packaging shrink wrap machine and providing operational coverage for other finishing work centers as workflow demands, including collating, packaging, kitting, and rewinding. You must maintain product quality and accurate run rate per work order. QualificationsQualified candidates must have a high-school education or equivalent degree. You must be able to stand for multiple hours at a time and be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Flexibility, a focus on detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment are essential qualities for success in this role. Prior experience working in manufacturing and using a PC is preferred.
