International Machinery Exchange in Deerfield, WI is looking for an ambitious person to fill a full time position as a multi-purpose utility person. Duties would include: Cleaning of break room/rest room, taking out trash, lawn mowing, weed wacking, weed spraying, minor landscaping, snow shoveling/blowing, moving/organizing of equipment, sweeping, fence repair, sand blasting, painting, and other misc. tasks. This person would use hand tools, skidsteer, forklift, etc. to assist in the duties of the position. This person would be cross trained on polishing stainless steel, assembly and disassemble of machinery for reconditioning. This person would be expected to grow into our remanufacturing team to assist with production. We offer health insurance, paid vacation, and you can earn "bonus" days for perfect attendance which are used like vacation. Minimum starting pay is $13.00/hr but could be higher depending on the applicants skill level. Pay is commensurate with current skills.
