Landscape Crew Member Position Overview: We are seeking new landscape crew members to join our team. This individual will provide a variety of landscape services for our clients including planting, mulching and general maintenance. Lemcke Landscape is an award winning company doing business in the Indianapolis area over 25 years with a focus in residential design, landscape installation and maintenance. Qualifications: • Motivated team player with a positive attitude • Able to perform heavy lifting and work in all weather conditions • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. • Have reliable transportation and be dependable • Have a high school diploma • Experience in the landscape industry is preferred • Valid Driver’s License not required but is preferred Responsibilities: • Property cleanup, edging, mulching, pruning, trimming, weeding and planting • Install gravels, boulders and lighting • Extend downspouts – bury drainage • Load and unload equipment daily • Shop duties & cleaning Hours: 7:45AM – 4:45PM, Monday – Friday - 40 hours per week Saturdays mandatory during peak season; overtime is paid for over 40 hours We Offer: Compensation: $14 - $18 hourly based on experience and skills. 5 Paid Holidays Paid vacation after 1 year of experience.
