Currently looking for a dedicated full time maintenance technician or "handyman/woman" if you will. We have a 15,000 sq ft. production and processing facility with 15-18 rooms that each have their own functionality, fitted with different equipment that needs continual upkeep, filter changes, basic maintenance etc. The perfect candidate will have experience in fixing and/or rebuilding equipment, parts and tools as well as installing new equipment. Experience with any of the following isn't required but would be beneficial... basic electrical wiring (or knowing when to call an electrician is a plus), HVAC equipment (basic cleaning and maintenance and/or knowing when to call our HVAC company of choice if needed), Dehumidifier operation and maintenance, irrigation systems, and various processing equipment. Really we're just looking for a go getter that doesn't give up easily. Someone that will do the research on how to fix, repair, replace or install whatever is needed once determining the necessity. Starting wage $16-$20 DOE. We have shift availability any day of the week... However the most common shift is Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5:00PM. For this position we're willing to be creative with the schedule for the right person but this is a full time job only. We are looking for a long term solid team member that cares about the company they work with. We absolutely care about the members of our team and want to create a fun and comfortable atmosphere for everyone. We do have a PTO (paid time off) accrual program as well. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Must be open to drug testing at any time if asked. We don't tolerate DETRIMENTAL drug use of any kind.
