Pittsburgh based full service Real Estate firm seeking an individual with basic skills in electrical, HVAC, carpentry and plumbing. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Report to and work directly with Property Manager to prioritize and accomplish tasks as well as complete regular property inspections - Maintenance task including light bulbs changes, minor electrical work, drywall repair, painting, minor HVAC repairs, plumbing tasks, litter control and other various handy man tasks - Tracking work orders, expense reports, time sheets and receipts - Attention to residents and tenants needs requires a professional and personable demeanor at all times - Position requires 24/7 accessibility and on-call for emergencies. Flexible work schedule is also required as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: - Must have a valid driver's license and able to drive own vehicle, preferably a truck; Mileage is reimbursable - 5-7 year's experience - Technical/Trade School certification or diploma preferred - High School Diploma BENEFITS: - Includes an apartment inside of the building
