Job Description
P. B. Bell Property Management Company has a Full-time HVAC Technician position available which will be responsible for servicing HVAC units in apartment communities in the greater Phoenix area. This position is responsible for promptly and correctly maintaining, troubleshooting and repair of apartment HVAC systems. In addition, the HVAC technician performs all HVAC maintenance and service activities without direct supervision or on-site assistance. This position is also responsible for performing other duties as directed by the Maintenance Director. In addition, the candidate must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays for on-call emergency HVAC requests. Excellent salary and benefits, including paid time off, insurance and 401(k) plans.
Requirements
• HVAC Certified
• Good working knowledge of air conditioning units
• Must be able to take service calls (some of which may be after hours or on weekends)
• Must be able to work extended hours
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required
• Must be self-start
• Must have clean driving record
