Commercial janitorial company has immediate full time Utility-Day Porter position open in Tempe Responsibilities include [but not limited to]: emptying exterior trash cans, walk property and parking garage picking up trash/debris, pick up cigarette buds, replenish ash trays, check, stock and maintain restrooms, change out lights, ceiling tiles, minimal plumbing, etc. Ideal candidate has great customer service skills, positive attitude, clean background, pass drug test, and do well in a fast-paced environment.
