Service Writer -Excellent customer service skills are a must -Able to build and maintain relationships with customers -Meet with existing and prospective customers to identify needs -Collect customer information and enter into software and ensure information is kept up to date -Create service orders and estimates -Schedule service appointments -Work with technicians, provide them with accurate and detailed service orders -Submit warranty claims and work with manufacturers -Maintain descriptive records on all watercraft -Collect Payments -Assist with boat prep for boat shows and events -Ideal candidate will be team and achievement oriented, flexible, dependable, and have a high level of quality service Experience -Previous advisor/writer experience -Marine experience preferred -Parts/service tech experience a plus Certifications/Licenses -Any marine certifications a plus -Must possess or be able to obtain a Class E Driver’s License and MO Boaters license Compensation -Pay based on experience -Health benefits available -Vacation benefits available -Training and Advancement Opportunities -Employee Discount PLEASE SEND RESUME TO: CAREERS @ IGUANAMARINEGROUP.
