Looking for someone with multiple years of experience in residential painting. This person needs to be able to take instructions and do the work without being watched. Must have own painting tools, brushes, and carpentry tools. Will be expected to lead a crew with a positive attitude. Must always be early. If you’re exactly on time you’re late. All Painters will wear whites and a Painter Man company T-shirt. Hats are optional. Painters are never allowed to show up without a company shirt on or without being in whites. Painter must have a cell phone, their own transportation and a valid Virginia drivers license. We are a 5 star residential custom paint outfit. We have separated ourselves from the pack with our quality custom work, the way we conduct ourselves with the homeowners, our cleanliness, being in uniform and our positive attitudes.
