loving female in need of home

Loving home for a female dog. Samantha, 4 year old female corgi/collie mix in need of room to run and lots of love. It breaks my heart but I am not in a position where I can care for her due to loss of home etc.. can anyone provide a safe loving home for her? Up to date on shots and fixed.
