Description

1) The lawn on my back yard needs tilled, old grass/weeds removed 2) The lawn then needs to be graded and new sod to be laid. 3) Old lawn with grass and weeds must be hauled away. Similar work for the retaining wall. 4) One sprinkler head that needs to be replaced. You must ensure that you do not break any sprinkler head. 5) Pressure wash the retaining wall. 6) One stone on retaining wall to be cemented. 7) Resurface part of foundation with Cement. 8. There is dampness in the back yard - so FRENCH DRAIN may be required for the dampness in the yard. Before that, the source of the leak may need to be located and fixed. 9. Cracks on the concrete slab and drive way - to be filled and both drive way and slab in the back yard to be resurfaced.
