We are looking for one experienced handyman that can also handle TOP screens! We partner with 20 of the largest property management companies in the country. Looking for someone that can handle all lanai repairs/replacements on these rental properties. Other trades/skills are a plus. Scopes we get but are not limited to: minor electrical minor plumbing drywall repairs tree trimming/removal pressure washing roof repairs Homes will be usually occupied, customer service is a must! -Start ASAP -Fill gaps in your schedule -General home repair, get in get out -Take before after photos on your phone -Paid via direct deposit * Must have your own DL/Vehicle Insurance in your name/Vehicle and Tools-we pay for materials or reimburse if you have your own.
