Shipping/Warehouse We have a warehouse/shipping position open at our company. Job duties include, but not limited to: 1. Pick product, process packing lists and verify accuracy 2. Assure orders and shipping quantities match picking documents through careful audit of said documents. 3. Assure orders and shipment get out in a timely manner. 4. Assist in resolving any discrepancies. 5. Assists & evaluates needs with shipping points, services, weights & freight permits, and other information needed. 6. Maintains shipping stations are in working order and stock with materials. 7. Arranges for movement of freight to consignee/agent & updates the system with information. 8. Assemble packaging materials and packages merchandise per instructions, in preparation for shipment. 9. Enter data pertaining to domestic and international shipments into the company's system and into the shipping systems of commercial freight carriers. 10. Confirm physical shipment of goods and facilitate tracking of packages. 11. Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pick-up of goods. 12. Identify errors on packing lists and correct them. 13. Will be responsible for all outbound freight to comply with warehouse operations. Requirements: MUST have prior experience in shipping Must be reliable and strong attention to detail Must be able to operate a sit down forklift Experience in UPS Worldship, FedEx, DHL, USPS, Freight Must be reliable and strong attention to detail Related keywords: warehouse, warehouse worker, shipping and receiving, shipping and receiving clerk Job Type: Full-time COVID-19 considerations: All employees are required to wear a mask.
