Applicants should have forklift experience, but we can train the right candidate. Please note this is not a warehouse position. This position requires the ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions as well as on rooftops. We are currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires! Responsibilities: • Properly track and document activity log • Report any issues or incidents to dispatch • Inspect truck before and after trip • Must follow detailed instructions to ensure safety for self and others Requirements: • Must be able to lift and load up to 100 lbs. consistently • Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and climb ladders throughout shift • Forklift experience preferred • Strong work ethic and positive attitude • Ability to work weekends • Previous experience in order selection, receiving, loading, and unloading roofing material is desirable • Handle high-pressure situations • Ability and willingness to work on rooftops • Must pass a mandatory background check and drug test • Deadline and detail-oriented • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship RWC Building Products offers its full-time employees competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Health, Vision, Dental, Short-Term/Long-Term Disability, Life, PTO, and select Paid Holidays.
