Remove a cactus, plant a pygmy palm

We have an ugly old garbage collecting cactus we want removed (and disposed of) and in it's place we need a pygmy date palm planted. You will have to dig out the old hole and widen it. We want someone who has done this sort of thing before. It is a 1 man job and it should take less than 2 hours. We will pay $50 cash. We will expect the job to be nicely done. The cactus to be removed is a little over 48" high and about 30" wide. You will obviously need a truck of some kind to haul away the chopped up old cactus. It is possible we can take about half of the cactus in our green bucket. Please reply via email with your phone number..thanks
