MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE MON-FRI. OCASIONAL WEEKENDS PAY- BASED OFF EXPERIENCE PLEASE SEND RESUME When applying please know the following skills and requirements are necessary: · Able to read and understand construction drawings. · Able to follow company safety and quality standards. · Organization is Key and important · Willing to work in adverse conditions outdoors. · Understanding of operations of light and heavy construction equipment. · Basic understanding of electrical designs and circuits. · Able to schedule and manage subcontractors. · Have your own basic tools for daily construction needs. · Able to stay overnight, on occasion, with out of town projects ( all based in southern California ).
