We are a full retail store with a 2500 sq ft warehouse located in a 15,000 square foot showroom. Most work is performed in the front area of the store. This is not a traditional warehouse job. Triangle Billiards & Bar Stools, a 42 year old company, specializing in sales and services of pool tables and games is looking to hire an experienced customer service professional to work in a 15,000 square foot retail showroom in Tustin, Ca We are looking for a customer service professional with at least basic experience as outlined below : 1. Knowledge of point of sale software. We use QuickBooks 2. Some retail sales experience 3. Experience shipping with UPS, FED-X and LTL 4. Assistant to salespeople as a sales associate 5. Customer service 6. Scheduling jobs 7. Possible commission on sales made after 90 day training 8. Capable of lifting up to 50lbs from time to time 9. Willing to learn new things 10. Capable of working without constant supervision 11. Pricing This is a many hats position in a fast paced, large retail store with heavy customer traffic in Tustin.
