Wipe Out Pest Control is a family owned and operated pest control company that services the Orange County area. Many of our customers have had accounts with us for over a decade. This is for one simple reason. Great customer service. We expect you to operate day to day with integrity, honesty, organization, punctuality, and outright excellent service. This position can be full time or part time. If you are already licensed that is a huge plus, but not required. At Wipe Out, you will have a TON of opportunities to earn commission and raise your salary. If you help us grow, you will be rewarded accordingly. All that aside, Wipe Out is just an awesome, laid back, flexible workplace. This is a father and son operated business. This is the type of team where if the waves are firing, we’ll blow off that days work to go surf together. As long as you work hard, get your route done, and keep our customers happy, we’ll make sure you’re getting plenty of time to spend with your family. Job Requirements -Must be 18 years of age -High School Diploma or GED -Valid drivers license -Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations -Available to work Monday through Friday Job Description -Provide pest management services to our clients -Conduct inspections to provide customers with explanations of problems and relative solutions -Sell new accounts or new services to existing accounts -Operate and maintain company vehicle and equipment -Maintain product inventory on your truck -Schedule services with existing customers -Starting pay after you get your Applicator’s license is $18/hour. You can get a pay bump for getting your Branch 2 and Branch 3 and so forth. Training pay and starting pay for individuals that are already licensed is negotiable.
