CLASS A GROUNDS MANAGEMENT has been established since 1994 and services communities in the Richmond and Tri-Cities area. We offer landscaping and grounds maintenance services to commercial and residential customers in the area. The company's mission is to provide exemplary quality and craftsmanship in our field. CLASS A GROUNDS MANAGEMENT is seeking dedicated "EXPERIENCED" Crew Leaders. This individual will be responsible for ensuring job site quality and for managing all day-to-day activities involving landscape and grounds maintenance services for their crew. We are seeking an individual who can offer the highest level of customer satisfaction. CLASS A GROUNDS MANAGEMENT offers a very competitive pay package for individuals meeting the expectations and pay is determined by experience and knowledge of the industry. In addition, Crew Leaders will perform hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands. Prior landscaping and management experience required. - You must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. - Required to have a valid driver's license and good DMV driving record. - Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. - Must have a positive attitude and be goal-driven. - Exceptional work ethic and team player. - Must be able to motivate your crew and lead by example. - Minimum of 1 year landscape experience. - Able to follow detailed instructions. - Manage a crew of 5 or more with ease. - Attention to detail and able to complete daily reporting. - Experience in mowing, edging, pruning and weed control. - Must be able to operate grounds equipment and snow removal equipment.
