Full Time Sign Installer/Maker/Technician Needed at Signage Shop

Our sign shop is known for producing the finest signage in the industry and we're in search of a new team member to join us at our location in Stockton, CA. The right person is someone who has experience with sign installation and well versed using media and vinyl applications. This job requires a driver's license as you will be driving a work truck. You should also be familiar with rulers, tape measures, sanding tools, power drills, and should have a good knowledge of different types of hardware. Previous sign shop experience preferred but not required if you're a jack of all trades. Qualifications: Must have California Driver's License. Must have at least 3 years of construction experience using a measuring tape and power tools. Experience working with final-end product or finished goods. An excellent communicator within the shop and out on the field during assignments. Must not be afraid to ask for clarification, help, or even give suggestions for improvement. Ability to keep work environment organized and clean. Must be able to multitask, easily move from task to task, and get back on the previous duty. Strong problem solving skills. Must be a team player as we have created a great working environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Quality and consistent production of all signage. Installation of signage on location. Drive a company truck. Being able to understand the total manufacturing process including; material ordering, work orders, flow of materials and following of directions. Ability to work a product start to finish: vinyl, paint, flagpole installation, pre-assembly, final assembly, surface finishing, and rework. Quality checking work during the building process for flaws and imperfection in material and work. Knowledge and maintenance of all shop tools.
